Fort Gillingham

This historic fort has been demolished.

Gillingham Fort used to be where Gillingham Pier is located. There doesn't seem to be any signs that there was ever a fort here. Gillingham Peir used to be nice and grotty, but today the site is going upmarket, with loads of flats being built.
